Four steps to partnership
We designed the partnership process to be simple and relational. No lengthy applications or committee approvals\u2014just a conversation about how we can serve your church.
Express Interest
Fill out the partnership interest form for a no-obligation conversation. Tell us about your church, your current care structures, and where you’d like to grow.
Discovery Call
A member of the Oaks team will schedule a call to discuss your church’s needs, current care structures, and vision for healing ministry. We’ll explore how Oaks can come alongside what God is already doing in your community.
Onboarding
Once partnership is established through a confidentiality agreement and statement of faith, your church receives access to training cohorts, resource libraries, support group templates, and the Oaks volunteer network.
Ongoing Partnership
Partnership doesn’t end at onboarding. You receive continuous training, coaching, and consultation as your healing ministry grows. Oaks walks with you through every stage—from launching your first support group to developing advanced volunteer leaders.
A relationship, not a transaction
Oaks does not operate like a vendor. We are a collaborative ministry—churches and Oaks working together toward the same mission. You will have a dedicated point of contact on the Oaks team who knows your church, understands your context, and helps you navigate the unique challenges of healing ministry.
Most churches begin by sending volunteers through Oaks training and then launching one or two ministry structures (such as a support group or advocate relationships). From there, partnership grows organically as your church’s capacity and confidence increase.
