Plant-based roof rejuvenation · [Your Town]
Your roof isn't worn out. It's dried out.
Asphalt shingles crack and curl when the oils inside them bake away — years before the shingle itself is spent. Our plant-based treatment soaks in and puts those oils back: up to ten more years of life, for about a fifth of the cost of a new roof.*
*Results vary with roof age and condition — that's what the free check-up is for.
01 The warning signs
Three ways shingles tell you they're drying out
-
a.
Curling corners, cracked tabs
Edges lift and surfaces split because the asphalt can no longer stretch with hot afternoons and cold nights.
-
b.
Granules in the gutter
That gritty sediment is your roof's UV armor washing away — the dried binder underneath can't hold it anymore.
-
c.
Brittle to the touch
A healthy shingle bends. A dry one snaps — usually during the next big wind, and rarely just one at a time.
Caught at this stage, drying out is treatable. Wait until shingles are broken and missing, and replacement becomes the only honest answer. See what the treatment does →
02 The treatment
A penetrant, not a paint job
Plenty of products promise to "seal" a roof under a film of acrylic or silicone. We don't do films — on asphalt shingles they can trap moisture and cause more trouble than they prevent. Our treatment is a penetrant: a soybean-derived oil that soaks into the shingle and puts back the flexibility the sun baked out.
- Soaks in within the hour, fully cured in a few days.
- Dries completely clear — your roof looks the same, it just behaves younger.
- Shingles stay breathable — no film, no trapped moisture underneath.
- Restores water-shedding and helps granules hold on longer.
03 The math
What the numbers look like
A new roof genuinely lasts longer — it should, at ten times the price. Rejuvenation is for the years you'd otherwise be throwing away in between.

Word of mouth
What homeowners say
"Two contractors quoted me a full tear-off. Cardinal got on the roof, said it had years left in it, and treated it the same week — for about a fifth of the price."
"No noise, no dumpster, no nails in the driveway. They were done before lunch, and the roof shed the next storm like it was new."
